We are in a busy stage. We both work full time with a 4-year-old, 3-year-old, and another on the way! So we work very hard to be intentional with our family time and conversations with each other.

Ryan was given question prompts by a mentor: how are you doing physically, spiritually, and mentally? We do "no tech Tuesdays" to allow time for those conversations weekly, when possible!

We recently went on an overnight without the kids (thanks, Gigi and Grandpa!) and talked goals, money, projects, etc. (we also watched movies and slept till 10 :-)).

Talking long and short-term goals regularly also keeps us on the same page. We know the best thing we can do for our kids is love each other well.
