A note from Phil: Have a good support system of friends that you feel safe sharing with. It has also been helpful to have someone in my corner who is a season ahead of me.

A note from Abby: I found that emotions tend to run high in this season (the good, the bad and the ugly) so staying grounded in God’s word and his truth has really helped me with discernment and staying level headed!
