For those of you who are in “Kid Season,” congratulations on your precious new baby! As you care for your little one, don’t forget to care for each other as a couple, too. Give yourselves grace—you're both learning, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. Make time, even in small ways, to stay connected as a couple—pray together, share a laugh, and support one another. Let God be part of the chaos; He’s present in every diaper change and sleepless night. Accept help when it’s offered, and don’t feel guilty about resting when you can.
